Coomera Learning Centre is now taking applications for their 2026 Tutoring Services.

Weekly individual tutoring provides consistency, ensuring steady progress and regular reinforcement of skills. Because the program is individualised, the tutor can adjust the speed and focus to match the student’s unique learning style and needs. It also helps in filling gaps from prior learning, addressing misunderstandings early so that new concepts build on a solid foundation.

Simply pick a day and time, during your Free Initial Consultation and we’ll schedule your sessions in the same slot, until you tell us to stop!

General Mathematics 

Group tutoring in General Mathematics encourages consistent practice of procedures, helping students strengthen core skills through repetition and shared exercises. It creates a supportive environment where learners can ask questions openly, benefiting not only from the tutor’s guidance but also from peer explanations. Working together builds confidence and reinforces understanding, making procedural learning more engaging and effective.

Primary School Group Sessions 

Weekly group tutoring for primary school students provides a structured space to complete homework while reinforcing key learning achievements. Working together encourages collaboration and peer support, helping children stay motivated and on track with curriculum goals. By incorporating game-based learning, sessions become engaging and fun, turning practice into play while still building essential skills.

Casual tutoring offers a flexible way for students to get help when they need it, without the pressure of a rigid schedule. It allows learners to focus on specific questions or topics in the moment, making support more immediate and practical. This is ideal for students who need a little extra help with an assignment or exam!

Casual group tutoring is perfect for block exams, giving friends a chance to come together and study in a supportive environment. These sessions help review important content while also building effective study strategies that make exam preparation less stressful. Working as a group adds motivation and variety, turning revision into a collaborative and productive experience.

• All sessions are 45 mins. 
• Time and Day of Weekly Sessions booked during FREE Initial Consultation.
• Casual sessions can only be booked 2 weeks in advance and cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.

Weekly Session FAQs

• Sessions are booked in line with QLD school term.
• Holiday (Public and School) sessions are available at your request. They will not be automatically booked and you will NOT be charged.
• Two weeks notice is required to STOP or PAUSE sessions. If two weeks notice is not provided you are required to pay for the session.
• Only 2 Sessions can be PAUSED per year.
• A minimum of 2 people are required to start weekly group sessions.
• Group sessions focus on a specific year level and subject area (eg. Year 11 General Math).
• To schedule group sessions at your preferred time and day please book an individual session.  During our initial consultation please tell us that you prefer a group session. We will then advertise this session as a group.
• Cancellation fees are applied when a minimum of 10 sessions are not completed.
• To confirm your ongoing bookings you are required to pay 2 weeks worth of fees. These fees will be added to your account to be used when you give 2 weeks notice of ending sessions. Following your initial consultation you have 7 days to make this payment or the booking time and day will open back up.
• If you fall behind on payments your future appointments may be cancelled by our accounts manager.

Casual Sessions

• Can only be booked 2 weeks in advance.
• Once booked and paid for Casual Sessions cannot be refunded or changed.
• Casual sessions are offered during school hours for students on block exams.
• Casual sessions might be available outside general tutoring hours if requested. Please text 0480 456 568 some days and times that might work for your.
• Casual group sessions focus on a specific year level and subject area (eg. Year 11 General Math). Perfect for students seeking to study for Block Exams or complete assessment with friends.
