To reserve your preferred weekly time slot, an initial payment of $120 (covering two sessions) is required. This amount will be credited to your account. We ask for two weeks’ written notice if you wish to end your Level-Up Package. Your initial payment will be held and applied to your final two sessions.

As a result, these sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. These sessions run in line with Queensland State School Terms. A minimum of a 10-session commitment is required for this package. The time will be negotiated during your initial consultation. We are closed and do not charge for Public Holidays. We also will not book or charge you for sessions on school holidays unless you request session. Two weeks written notice is required to cancel your term booking. Cancelling before the minimum 10 weeks will incur a cancellation fee

We recommend booking your Initial Consultation as soon as possible to discuss your individual needs. This ensures that if you ever need an urgent session—such as when an assignment is left to the last minute and you’re unsure where to begin—we can schedule you in immediately.
