Our Mission
At Coomera Learning our mission is to empower students to grow academically, while also nurturing their social and emotional wellbeing.
Our long term goal is build a Learning Centre where families can seek all forms of educational support under one roof. This location MUST be centrally located to Coomera Schools for your convenience.
In 2026, we are opening our tutoring services. At Coomera Learning Centre we only employ tutors who are educational profession with expertise in curriculum and development. They must have experience working in education, counselling and/or inclusive education and have the capacity to establish a great rapport with our students and their families. Our tutors’ vast knowledge is utilised to develop an individual program that will help students reach their personal or NDIS goals. This is achieved by incorporating interventions that teach students how to learn, how to adapt and how to thrive. 
Ultimately, our tutors help improve understanding, problem solving, working memory, attention and confidence – instead of simply helping complete a task.
As we grow we seek to add additional services including Homework Clubs, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Psychology and more. We want to build a Learning Centre where all of your key stakeholders work under one roof. This will allow them to easily talk to each other and collaborate to develop the best educational, social emotional and behavioural programs possible for your children.

Tarnah Kemp (Owner/Tutor)
Tarnah Kemp is a dedicated and compassionate educator with over a decade of experience working as a Tutor, Teacher, Guidance Counsellor and Head of Year. Her experience is supported by post graduate degrees in Education, Counselling and Psychology. Tarnah’s approach to tutoring blends academic and social emotional strategies to simultaneously achieve both academic and social emotional goals.
Tarnah specialises in High School Education. Her preferred subjects to teach are Mathematics, Psychology and Business.
